Certain directories and files must be present in your unzipped version of LinkTrakker in order for it to function properly. The list is as follows:
Directories:
linktrakker - under the cgi directory - This is the linktrakker install directory, which is created when you unzip the software
images - This is a subdirectory of the linktrakker directory, used to hold images used by the report and administrative panel
db - This subdirectory is created to store the database files.
Files:
INSTALL - installation guide
README - a brief explanation about the install guide
admin.pl - the administrative controls panel
admin.tmpl - the template used by the installation program to create the admin.pl file
configure.tmpl - the template files used by the installation program to create the shared defs module
keylist.db (in the db sub-directory) - used by the CGI front end for data recording
sites.db (in the db sub-directory) -used by the CGI front end for data recording
report.pl - reports panel for LinkTrakker data
encrypt.pl - used to provide encryption security
get_url.pl - Perl spider code
install-NT.pl - installation script for Windows NT
js_trakker.pl - JavaScript collector module
js_trakker.tmpl - template files used by the installation software to create the js_trakker.pl file
license.txt - explains your rights and restrictions as a license holder
register.pl - communicates with our server to activate your copy of LinkTrakker
report.tmpl - template files used by the installation software to create the report.pl file
retriever.pl - Perl 5 spider
trakker.pl - data recording module
trakker.tmpl - template files used by the installation software to create the
trakker.pl file
trakker_ssi.pl - CGI front-end for data recording module
trakker_ssi.tmpl - template files used by the installation software to create the trakker_ssi.pl file
