Online Support System
Technical support is only available for those users who purchased and registered either AMS, HyperThread or LinkTrakker before 12/01/2000. Freeware products are not eligible for technical support.
At Radiation, we've implemented a ticket-based online support system to track technical problems and their solutions. You must have a Radiation Customer ID to access the system.
Once you create a "support ticket", you'll receive an immediate email confirmation (which will include your "ticket number"). You then receive further support via email from one of our software support experts. You'll also be able to come back to the system and look at archives of all your past and current "support tickets".
